The story of this lot

Oleoestepa is a cooperative of growers in the Estepa hills of Seville, one of the most technically rigorous olive-growing districts in Spain. Estepa Virgen is their limited-edition first-harvest bottling, picked in November while the fruit is still green.

The blend brings together Hojiblanca for structure, Arbequina for softness, Manzanilla for aroma and Picual for stability, producing an oil that is complex without being aggressive.

Presented in a numbered dark glass bottle inside a printed gift box, it is a considered present for anyone who takes cooking seriously.
