Nobleza del Sur is a family estate in the olive heartland of Andalucía, where early-harvested Picual olives are pressed within hours of picking to preserve their high polyphenol content.
The Day edition is a 100% organic, early-harvest Picual celebrated in the Flos Olei guide with 99 points for its intensity, balance and aromatic persistence.
