Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken. If we cannot supply an item we cancel and refund in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, GST/HST and Canadian duties are calculated at checkout where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and ACH transfer for business accounts.

Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; where one occurs we contact you before dispatch and you may confirm or cancel.

Some vinegars contain trace alcohol from the fermentation process and are sold as food products, not alcoholic beverages. No age restriction applies.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their state or province of residence, including Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation.
