Returns & Refunds

You may return any unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Email us and we will issue a prepaid UPS or Canada Post return label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.

Food safety rules mean we cannot resell an opened bottle, so opened items fall outside the withdrawal right. That said, if an oil you opened is genuinely not what we described on the page, tell us. We will refund it. This has happened four times and we refunded four times.

Photograph the parcel and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We ship a replacement the same day and arrange collection of the damaged goods at our cost.

If a lot is later found to have a sensory defect, we contact every customer who bought it and refund without being asked.

Gift recipients may return an unopened item within 60 days for store credit, without the purchaser being contacted.
