Garisar grows 100% Arbequina under certified organic agriculture, hand picking the fruit early in the 2025–2026 harvest while the olives are still green and phenolic-rich.

Cold extraction below the heat threshold keeps free acidity to a maximum of 0.2% and preserves more than 600 ppm of polyphenols — figures printed on the label and confirmed by the NYIOOC 2025 Gold Award.

Each 500 ml bottle ships in dark glass inside a printed carton, protecting the oil from light. The six-pack is sized for households that finish a bottle every few weeks and want the same harvest lot throughout the year.
