P.J. KABOS is a family-owned producer in the Kalamata region of Messenia, where Koroneiki olives have been cultivated for generations on limestone soils facing the Mediterranean.
The Family Reserve — Medium is selected from the early 2024/25 harvest and cold extracted within hours of picking to preserve polyphenols and freshness. Each batch is Kosher certified and tested for a high-phenolic profile exceeding 450 mg/kg.
