About this collection
This is the part of the house catalogue where scarcity is real rather than manufactured. Every release here is limited by the size of a single tank, a single cask battery, or the output of one workshop over one season.
Ceramic and violet glass are used throughout, because light exposure is the fastest route to a degraded oil and clear bottles on a bright shelf lose measurable phenolic content within weeks.
Collector formats are sold with full laboratory analysis: free acidity, peroxide value, K232 and K270 spectrophotometric indices, and the panel score. If a producer will not release those numbers, we do not list the oil.
